To get the best wellness support for your unique body you need to be aware of the factors that may be causing physical or emotional stress on your body - factors that disrupt your energy and balance.
Many people do not realise that pain always holds an emotional element, emotions from the past or present, or both. Emotions, memories and/or recurring thoughts then create tension and pressure on our muscles, joints and nerves. Pain can be reduced by releasing these stuck emotions and tensions.
The first step
The first step is knowing you need extra help and being willing and ready to ask for it. Asking for help is one of the most courageous and empowering things you can do. When you ask for help, positive changes can follow and you benefit in ways you may never have imagined.

What to expect in the session
Prior to the session
I will ask you to complete an Integrated Wellness Questionnaire so we can both to see the areas of your wellness that most require the support.
During the session
In my safe, calm wellness studio, or online, we will discuss your personal wellness situation and questionnaire results. This is your private space, your time. Your chance to take your mask off and be honest about how you are truly feeling and what you want to achieve so you can enjoy life more. If you can’t express it, that’s ok too, we’ll unravel it together. At all times, there is full confidentiality and no judgement, we all have issues and we all need help from others.
Then I will create a tailored wellness programme, using my extensive therapy offering, to help you to achieve your wellness intentions, in a manageable, effective and empowering way. Every client is different, however normally, we start with 3 sessions, then we review how you are feeling at the end of the third session and agree best next steps.
Self Help Recommendations
At the end of every session I will give you recommendations to immediately integrate into your daily life, enabling you to experience that wonderful feeling of taking back control and moving forward.

Personal Wellness Sessions
Personal Wellness Appointments are £150 for a 75 minute session or 6 sessions for £750 for 6 if paid in full (saving £150 or 3 x £265). Both include the Integrated Wellness Questionnaire and results review.
Appointments take place in my wellness studio in Surbiton or online.
